Based on the government's fire door guidance

The checklists follow the GOV.UK guidance on Regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022. They cover damage, glazing, hinges, seals, gaps and the self-closing test for communal doors, plus letterboxes and replacement doors for flat entrance doors. The access log helps you show best endeavours when residents don't let you in.
